Thomas R. Barton is a member of VanCott's Litigation Section, focusing his practice in the areas of civil litigation, and labor and employment law. Mr. Barton handles cases at the trial and appellate levels. He has also represented clients in federal and state administrative proceedings, and employers in contractually mandated arbitrations. Mr. Barton was selected as one of the 2007 and 2008 Utah Legal Elite in the area of Business Litigation.
