Thomas R. Barton is a member of Van Cott's Litigation Section, as well as the firm's Construction, and Labor and Employment Practice Groups.  He serves on the firm's Board of Directors and focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, and labor and employment law. Mr. Barton has also handled cases related to internet commerce, intellectual property, international fraud, and tax and estate-related litigation.  He represents clients at the trial and appellate levels; in federal and state administrative proceedings; and contractually mandated arbitrations. Mr. Barton has been recognized as one of Utah's Legal Elite in the area of Business Litigation.
