J. SCOTT BUEHLER is a shareholder, member of Van Cott's Business and Litigation Sections, and Chair of the Construction Law Practice Group. Mr. Buehler focuses his practice in the area of real estate and construction law, including real estate transactions, leases, commercial and residential land development, foreclosures, and title disputes.  Mr. Buehler has substantial experience in construction litigation; both residential and commercial.  He is listed in the 2012 edition of The Best Lawyers in America^® in the area of construction law and is recognized as one of Utah's 2012 Legal Elite in the area of construction law by Utah Business Magazine.
