Robert S. Campbell is a senior member of VanCott's Litigation Section. He focuses his national practice on trials and appeals of complex commercial and government litigation, including antitrust, business, contract, corporate and partnership disputes, investment and business fraud, intellectual property, trade secrets, trademark, white collar crime, land and eminent domain litigation. As one of Utah's preeminent trial lawyers, Mr. Campbell has handled over 250 major jury trials. He has recovered numerous multi-million dollar punitive damage judgments* for plaintiffs.  He was Chief Special Counsel to the Utah Bar on Watergate Trial (1975-1976). Mr. Campbell has been a frequent lecturer at seminars, conferences, and universities in the U.S. and Europe on trial procedure and business damages. He was voted Utah Trial Lawyer of the Year in 1992.
