Stephen K. Christiansen is Chair of Van Cott's Appellate Practice Group, a member of the firm’s Litigation Section, a member of the firm's Personal Injury Practice Group, and serves on the firm's Board of Directors.  Mr. Christiansen's practice focuses on appellate work and general civil litigation.  He was selected by his peers and recognized in Utah Business Magazine as one of the 2007 and 2008 Utah Legal Elite in the area of Civil Trial Law; and in 2010 in the area of Business Litigation.
