Scott M. Lilja is a shareholder, Co-chair of the Products Liability Practice Group and member of Van Cott's Litigation Section.  Mr. Lilja's practice focuses in the areas of complex commercial litigation and appellate practice including litigation, negotiation and appeals in the areas of product liability, land use, real estate, business and contracts, intellectual property, antitrust, securities, and environmental law.  Mr. Lilja's practice also includes eminent domain litigation.  Mr. Lilja has been recognized in the category of Business Litigation on the Mountain States Super Lawyers and in the Utah Legal Elite published by Utah Business Magazine.
