Arthur B. Ralph is a member of VanCott's Business Section. His areas of practice include corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and health care law.  Mr. Ralph formerly served in both the Division of Enforcement and the Division of Corporation Finance of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., and was assistant general counsel of Gannett Co. Inc., a New York Stock Exchange company.  He was selected by his peers and recognized in Utah Business Magazine as one of the 2007 Utah Legal Elite in the area of Health Law.
