Arthur B. Ralph is a member of Van Cott's Business Section. His areas of practice include corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and health care law.  Mr. Ralph formerly served in both the Division of Enforcement and the Division of Corporation Finance of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., and was assistant general counsel of Gannett Co. Inc., a New York Stock Exchange company.  He was selected by his peers and recognized in Utah Business Magazine as one of the 2007 Utah Legal Elite in the area of Health Law.  He was also selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2010 edition of The Best Lawyers In America in the area of Securities Law.
