Stephen R. Sloan is co-Chair of Van Cott's Tax and Estate Planning Group. His practice focuses on sophisticated estate planning, estate and trust administration, tax exempt organizations, state and local sales tax, and general tax and business planning related to partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations and trusts. Mr. Sloan was selected by his peers and listed in Utah Business Magazine as one of Utah's Legal Elite in the areas of Wills, Trusts and Estates Law (2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010).
