David J. Smith acts exclusively as Sr. Vice President and General Counsel of Talisker Corporation and affiliates based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Park City, Utah. Mr. Smith has been a member of Van Cott's Business Section. He is experienced in general corporate and commercial matters, business planning, real estate, municipal law, and the formation and growth of business ventures. Mr. Smith has assisted clients with business acquisitions, divestitures, and recapitalizations and has served as general counsel to municipal entities and multinational businesses.
