Gerald H. Suniville is Chair of VanCott's Bankruptcy and Insolvency Practice Group. Mr. Suniville assists clients in resolving financial and business difficulties, through negotiation, litigation, appeal and the filing of bankruptcy petitions. He represents creditors, debtors and court-appointed trustees in bankruptcy proceedings of all types, for both business and individuals. Mr. Suniville also represents parties in commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including judicial and non-judicial foreclosures. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® in the area of Bankruptcy and Creditor-Debtor Rights Law and was selected by his peers and recognized in Utah Business Magazine as one of the 2007 and 2008 Utah Legal Elite in the area of Bankruptcy/Workout Law.
