Clark K. Taylor is a member of Van Cott's Business and Litigation Sections, his practice emphasizes business, real estate and litigation.  Mr. Taylor is former Vice President and General Counsel of Schaeffer Industries, a steel service center and distributor with operations in the western United States.  He was selected by his peers and recognized by Utah Business Magazine as one of the 2007 and 2008 Utah Legal Elite in the area of Business Litigation.  Further, he was selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America in the area of Family Law (2011 and 2012).
