Mary Jane E. Wagg is an Associate in VanCott's Litigation, Appellate, and Labor and Employment Sections. Prior to joining VanCott, Ms. Wagg practiced in New York, where she assisted clients in the areas of complex commercial litigation, real estate, copyright and trademark infringement, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, and employment.  Ms. Wagg represents clients at the trial and appellate levels, and is Chair of the firm's Diversity Committee.

Ms. Wagg is also a certified yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance, and the creator of Yoga For Lawyers.
