Mary Jane E. Wagg is a member of VanCott's Litigation, Appellate, and Labor and Employment Sections. Ms. Wagg spent five years practicing in the State of New York assisting clients in the areas of complex commercial litigation, real estate, copyright and trademark infringement, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, employment and contracts.  Ms. Wagg represents clients at the trial and appellate levels, and is Chair of the firm's Diversity Committee.
