Mary Jane E. Galvin-Wagg is a Shareholder in Van Cott's Litigation, Appellate, and Labor and Employment Sections. Prior to joining Van Cott, Ms. Galvin-Wagg practiced in New York, where she assisted clients in the areas of complex commercial litigation, real estate, copyright and trademark infringement, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, and employment.  Ms. Galvin-Wagg represents clients at the trial and appellate levels.  She was recognized as one of Utah's Legal Elite in the area of litigation by Utah Business Magazine (2011).

Ms. Galvin-Wagg is also a certified yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance, and the creator of Yoga For Lawyers.
