Gregory P. Williams is Chair of VanCott's Business Section. His practice focuses on transactional matters for oil and gas, mining and business clients including sales and acquisitions of properties, public lands issues, financing, contracts, and commercial real estate development and financing. Mr. Williams is also involved with the permitting of minerals projects and public lands issues, and regularly practices before oil and gas conservation and other administrative agencies. He also has considerable experience in representing government agencies on specific projects.
