M. Scott Woodland is a member of VanCott's Business Section, representing clients in general corporate matters. Mr. Woodland has served as company counsel for the issuance of industrial revenue bonds, securities offerings, loan agreements, and letters of credit, guarantees and other credit enhancements. In many instances he has served as corporate officer and/or a director and as legal advisor to the officers and boards of directors of corporations. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions; real estate and development matters including, development and operation of ski resorts and recreational facilities, farm and ranch properties, and lending corporate, partnership and business transactions.
