Seth M. Mott
Associate
Seth M. Mott is a member of Van Cott's Litigation Section, with a practice focused on general civil and commercial litigation. Mr. Mott's practice involves a wide range of clients, from individuals to large corporations, and industries including real estate, banking, construction, energy, and natural resources. Mr. Mott has extensive experience assisting clients resolve commercial and residential real estate, lending, and contract disputes through litigation and settlement negotiations. Mr. Mott also has experience providing pro bono representation for international charitable organizations, and handles cases related to labor and employment, personal injury, and unfair competition as well. He represents clients before state and federal trial and appellate courts and in state and federal administrative proceedings.
