ANGELA E. ATKIN is a shareholder of the firm and a member of the Tax, Estate and Benefit Planning Group, focusing on all aspects of estate, probate and trust matters, including estate planning, estate and trust administration, and gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues. Ms. Atkin also has experience with petitions and settlements involving the Internal Revenue Service and the Utah State Tax Commission.

Ms. Atkin is a certified public accountant and practiced as an auditor with Grant Thornton, LLP before attending law school. She was recognized as one of Utah's Legal Elite by Utah Business Magazine (2007 through 2011), and was named as a Rising Star (2009 through 2011) by Mountain States Super Lawyers.
