It’s a Done Deal - VanCott to Move to New Space

September 7, 2006… Stephen D. Swindle, Managing Partner of the law firm of VanCott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy is pleased to announce that lease negotiations with Property Reserve Inc. were completed yesterday - paving the way for a move to new, state of the art space, in the spring of 2007.

In March of 2007, VanCott’s 100 employees and attorneys will occupy the 18th, 19th, and 20th floors of the Beneficial Life Tower, for a combined 52,000 square feet. “We are extremely excited about our new space” noted Swindle. “John and Lee Diamond, of the architectural firm Diamond Phillips, have done a terrific job designing an environment that is a reflection of the VanCott of today and one that will better serve our clients.” Okland Construction will begin constructing the new space in early October of 2006. Wesley Tab Cornelison and Lora Crosby Munson of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate served as VanCott’s real estate consultants on the project.

In addition to the relocation of the Salt Lake office, VanCott will also be moving its Ogden office, currently located in the Wells Fargo Building at 2404 Washington Blvd., to the new Ogden City Center Building located within The Junction.
