Richard H. Reeve Admitted to Utah State Bar

October 13, 2006…The law firm of VanCott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy is pleased to announce that Richard H. Reeve, was sworn in as a member of the Utah State Bar. An associate with VanCott’s Ogden office, Mr. Reeve will focus his practice in the area of general litigation.

Mr. Reeve received his B.A. in Political Science and Russian, cum laude, from the University of Utah in 2003 and his J.D., with High Distinction and Order of the Coif, from the University of Iowa College of Law. During law school he was Chair of the Moot Court Executive Board and a member of the Moot Court Team (2005-2006) and Associate Note Editor of the Journal of Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems (2005-2006). Prior to graduation, Mr. Reeve served as an Intern for the Supreme Court of the United States, as a Legal Intern for the Corporate Legal Department at Flying J, Inc., and as a Research Assistant at the University of Iowa College of Law. He is a member of the 2006-2007 Leadership Northern Utah Class (Ogden/Weber Chamber of Commerce).
