Mary Jane E. Wagg Joins VanCott’s Litigation Team
November 06, 2006… The law firm of VanCott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy is pleased to announce that Mary Jane E. Wagg has joined the firm as an associate. After graduating from the University of Michigan Law School, Ms. Wagg began her practice in New York City, where she was associated with the law firms of Balber, Pickard, and later joined the bankruptcy boutique Togut, Segal & Segal. As a member of VanCott’s Litigation and Appellate Sections, Ms. Wagg will continue to focus her practice in general litigation, with an emphasis on complex commercial and employment cases.
Ms. Wagg is member of the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Her admission to the Utah State Bar is pending.
