Dale F. Gardiner Joins VanCott’s Litigation Team
March 23, 2007… The VanCott law firm is pleased to announce that Dale F. Gardiner has joined the firm as a shareholder with the Litigation section. Mr. Gardiner, an attorney since 1976, joins VanCott’s Ligitation team bringing extensive experience in the areas of governmental relations, water law, and complex litigation matters.
Mr. Gardiner is the current Chair of the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District, a member of the American Water Works Association and the Colorado River Water Users Association, and served as Mayor of Riverton City, as a member of the Salt Lake County Boundary Commission, and Vice Chairman of the Salt Lake County Board of Health. Mr. Gardiner is member of the Utah State Bar and has practiced before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the Utah Court of Appeals, and the Utah Supreme Court. Mr. Gardiner received his J.D., cum laude, from Brigham Young University.
