Stephen Sloan Becomes Shareholder
The law firm of Van Cott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy is pleased to announce that Stephen R. Sloan has become a shareholder. Mr. Sloan earned a B.A. in Accounting (1993) and a J.D. (1996) from the University of Utah. He joined Van Cott in 1999, and practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, tax exempt organizations, state and local taxation and general business and tax planning related to partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations and trusts.
