Claudia G. McMullin Joins VanCott's Park City Office

The law firm of Van Cott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy, is pleased to announce that Claudia G. McMullin has joined the firm's Park City office located in the newly renovated Centura Rail Central located at 1790 Bonanza Drive, Suite E-250. Ms. McMullin has practiced in Park City since 1999, helping clients with contract negotiations and disputes, employment litigation and mediations. In addition to these services, she will facilitate a broad-range of legal services, including estate planning, real estate development, and construction-related services, as part of Van Cott's full service offering.

Ms. McMullin received her B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado/Boulder in 1982. She spent four years with the New York investment firm of Gruntal & Co., Inc., and in 1990, received her J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School. Prior to coming to Utah, Ms. McMullin was a litigator with the law firm of Hughes Hubbard & Reed in New York City, New York.

Ms. McMullin, an active member of the Park City community, is a graduate of Leadership Park City, a 2004 County and State Convention Delegate, and supporter of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
