Gregg Stephenson Joins VanCott

The law firm of Van Cott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy is pleased to announce that Gregg D. Stephenson has joined the firm. Mr. Stephenson comes to Van Cott from Quarles & Brady LLP in Milwaukee, WI. As a member of the Tax, Estate & Benefits Group, he will continue to focus his practice on estate planning and wealth preservation strategies for high net worth clients.

A Utah native, Mr. Stephenson received his Bachelor of Arts and Associates of Arts, with high honors from Weber State University. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he served on the Law Review. Mr. Stephenson was a Legal Intern with the Notre Dame Legal Aid Clinic and the Milwaukee Bar Association Bench/ Bar Probate Committee. He is licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin and will sit for the Utah State Bar in July.
