Nicole Deforge Named Van Cott Shareholder


 

Van Cott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy is pleased to announce that Nicole M. Deforge has been named as a shareholder of the firm.   Ms. Deforge is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property, Litigation and Appellate Practice Groups with a practice focused on intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and licensing, and on e-commerce and Internet law.

Ms. Deforge received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University in 1993, and her Juris Doctorate from S.J. Quinney College of Law, University of Utah in 1996, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Utah Law Review.  She is admitted to practice in Utah and is a member of the Utah State Bar.
