Jared T. Hales Appointed to the Family Law Executive Committee
The law firm of Van Cott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy is pleased to announce Jared T. Hales has been appointed to the Family Law Executive Committee for the Utah State Bar.
Mr. Hales is a member of the firm's Family Law Group. His practice focuses on assisting clients and negotiating on their behalf in matters relating to: divorce, property settlement, alimony, prenuptial agreements, child custody and support, paternity, modification of decrees, enforcement and adoption.
Mr. Hales received his J.D. from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2005. He is admitted to practice in Utah, the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Court.
