The Firm Congratulates New Shareholders
Sam Meziani is a member of the firm's Litigation Section and Energy and Utilities practice group. His practice focuses on commercial and eminent domain litigation.
Robert H. Scott is a member of the firm's Litigation Section, as well as the Labor and Employment and Energy and Utilities practice groups. He represents clients in litigation and arbitration in many areas including employment law, contract and real estate disputes, energy supply agreements and disputes, and bankruptcy and creditors' rights.
Chandler P. Thompson is a member of the firm's Litigation Section and Construction Law practice group. His practice focuses on construction disputes, appellate litigation and other commercial litigation.
Florence M. Vincent is a member of the firm's Business Section and Labor and Employment practice group. She represents corporate, governmental and individual clients in negotiating, drafting and finalizing transactions of all types. Clients rely on Ms. Vincent to design and obtain final approval for employee benefit plans and all other employee/employer related forms. She represents clients in all approval and regulatory compliance issues involving benefit plans and employee/employer relationships.
Mary Jane E. Wagg is a member of the firm's Litigation Section and the Labor and Employment and Energy and Utilities practice groups. She focuses in the areas of complex commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels, real estate, copyright and trademark infringement, bankruptcy and creditors' rights, and employment law.
