Tom Barton Elected as a Member of the Board
The law firm of Van Cott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy, P.C. is very pleased to name Tom Barton as a member of the board.
Mr. Barton is a member of Van Cott's Litigation Section, as well as the firm's Construction, and Labor and Employment Practice Groups. Mr. Barton focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, and labor and employment law. Mr. Barton has been recognized as one of Utah's Legal Elite in the area of Business Litigation. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law (1994), and is a member of the Utah State Bar and the Federal Bar Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Salt Lake's Tracy Aviary.
