Van Cott Represents JJ Cole Collections in $40 Million Asset Sale
On August 4, 2010, JJ Cole Collections, a privately-held company based in Logan, Utah, sold substantially all of its assets to RC2 Corporation (Nasdaq: RCRC)., a publicly traded company headquartered in Oak Brook, Illinois, for approximately $40 million in cash, plus a continuing 9% equity stake in the ongoing enterprise for shareholders of JJ Cole Collections.
