Van Cott's Tom Billings spoke recently at the Utah Association of Financial Services and National Association of Industrial Bankers on the subject of "Best Practices for Bank Directors".

Mr. Billings is special counsel for a number FDIC insured institutions in the state of Utah, and serves as Utah counsel for a large number of national lenders with respect to consumer finance issues. He is on the board of directors of OptumHealth Bank and GE Capital Financial. Mr. Billings was named 2009 Director of the Year by Utah Business Magazine.
