Members of VanCott's Public Utilities group provide regulatory and litigation services to both investor-owned and municipal utilities operating in Utah. The group represents clients before the Utah legislature and participates in all proceedings before the Utah Public Service Commission. This group also represents utility clients in state and federal court as to utility related issues.
